About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the subject matter expert on Workday, supporting required modules
- Troubleshoot, configure, maintain, and test Workday
- Collaborate with business users to clarify requirements and translate them into system functionality
- Evaluate and recommend solutions for new functionalities
- Support Workday updates and new functionalities
- Provide user support and process mapping/documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years’ related experience in an analytical role utilizing Workday
- Specific experience with Workday modules: HCM, payroll, benefits, compensation, talent, recruiting, learning
- Functional understanding of core HR business terminology processes and practices
- Problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data structures
- Knowledge of Workday integration and data flow best practices
- Knowledge of Workday security and business process configuration highly preferred
- Experience creating Workday reports and dashboards a plus
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated strong customer focus
- Strong organizational skills and initiative required
