Key responsibilities & impact

Create technology vision and ensure alignment of systems and solutions
Develop technology strategies and guidance across the IT development organization
Collaborate with IT Infrastructure, PMO office, and business teams
Influence strategic direction of technology
Recognize and propose alternatives and make recommendations
Participate in design and implementation of end-to-end solutions
Maintain skill in application deployment and workload architectures
Ensure understanding of integration protocols and technologies
Design complex systems into cloud compatible or cloud native applications
Make leadership recommendations regarding architectural considerations

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of experience in the development and delivery of software systems
7+ years of experience creating solution architectures and strategies across multiple architecture domains
Solid experience with technology disciplines: SOA & Microservices design, Cloud Architectures, Big Data/Advanced Analytics, Data Warehouse systems, Advanced Programming, Modern Integration Methods
Expertise in addressing architectural cross cutting concerns and their tradeoffs
Strong knowledge of data modeling, security patterns, and integration methods
Experience with DevOps processes and tools
Understanding business process analysis and business process management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Financial industry expertise preferred
