Deliver on-site and virtual education and enrollment presentations to new and existing defined contribution 401(k)/(a), 403(b), and/or Government 457 plan participants across all plan sizes
Leverage Empower’s technology and tools to drive participant outcomes and retirement readiness
Assist Relationship Management team in establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within the assigned territory
Develop and facilitate communication and education strategies via one-on-one virtual and on-site group meetings using various technologies
Drive participants to take measurable actions including plan enrollment, deferral increases, and rollovers
Achieve business results and meet service level agreements
Consistently complete reporting requirements, including logging meetings, attendees and outcomes in appropriate systems
Build strong relationships with assigned key contacts, plan sponsor representatives and internal stakeholders
Manage meeting schedule, including travel booking
Provide feedback to local relationship managers about communication materials/strategies and assist in identifying alternatives
Attend client meetings with other service team members and possibly participate in finals presentations for new prospects
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and or equivalent experience considered in lieu of a degree
2 – 4 years relevant financial services experience
Strong presentation skills required
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams required
Strong relationship building and territory management skills
FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 registrations within established timelines required
FINRA fingerprinting required
Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employer cannot sponsor visas (including CPT/OPT)
Candidate must reside in Tampa or Orlando
Working knowledge of Salesforce preferred
Ability to calculate figures such as interest, proportions, percentages, and fractions required
Basic knowledge of defined contribution plans preferred
