About the role
- Provide administrative support to an EVP level and other senior leaders (up to four)
- Manage calendar scheduling
- Arrange travel
- Coordinate expense reporting
- Prepare meeting materials
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Ability to communicate and exhibit professionalism with executives
- General administrative functions, including answering phone calls, coordinating vendors, gathering and production of presentations
Requirements
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years in administrative role supporting Director level or above
- Strong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Forms, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
- Experience supporting VP and above desired
- Experience with and curiosity about a variety of technology products
- Curiosity to learn the financial services business
- Work under basic supervision making decisions within general guidelines
- Ability to adapt to ambiguity and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
