💰 $65,600 - $92,675 per year

About the role

  • Provide administrative support to an EVP level and other senior leaders (up to four)
  • Manage calendar scheduling
  • Arrange travel
  • Coordinate expense reporting
  • Prepare meeting materials
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Ability to communicate and exhibit professionalism with executives
  • General administrative functions, including answering phone calls, coordinating vendors, gathering and production of presentations

Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years in administrative role supporting Director level or above
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Forms, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
  • Experience supporting VP and above desired
  • Experience with and curiosity about a variety of technology products
  • Curiosity to learn the financial services business
  • Work under basic supervision making decisions within general guidelines
  • Ability to adapt to ambiguity and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
