About the role

  • Design and implement MDM solutions using tools such as Informatica MDM, IBM Infosphere, or similar platforms
  • Develop data models, match and merge rules, and workflows to support master data domains (e.g., customer, product, vendor)
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable MDM solutions
  • Integrate MDM systems with source and target applications using ETL, APIs, or messaging frameworks
  • Ensure data quality through profiling, cleansing, and validation processes
  • Maintain metadata and documentation for MDM processes and data flows
  • Monitor and troubleshoot MDM jobs and services to ensure optimal performance and reliability
  • Support data governance initiatives by enforcing standards and policies related to master data
  • Participate in testing, deployment, and change management activities

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in MDM development and implementation
  • Proficiency with MDM tools such as Informatica MDM, Reltio, IBM Infosphere, or Talend
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and data quality concepts
  • Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting languages
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
