About the role
- Develops, owns, and evolves Empower’s global influencer marketing strategy aligned with enterprise objectives.
- Identifies emerging platforms, creator trends, and cultural movements.
- Defines and manages the annual influencer operating plan and budget.
- Provides strategic oversight of external influencer agencies.
- Oversees influencer programs including always-on, launches, and partnerships.
- Leads negotiation and contracting for influencer collaborations.
- Ensures influencer content meets brand, legal, and regulatory standards.
- Defines KPIs and leads performance reporting and optimization.
- Owns influencer compliance, brand safety, and risk management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 8–12+ years of marketing experience with deep specialization in influencer marketing.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale influencer programs.
- Experience managing agencies and external partners.
- Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Working knowledge of FTC regulations and influencer compliance standards.
