About the role
- Define and maintain the marketing technology and data platform strategy aligned with marketing objectives and customer experience priorities.
- Evaluate, select, and rationalize platforms supporting campaign execution, workflow management, content operations, and customer data activation.
- Translate marketing use cases into clear requirements and user stories; prioritize backlogs and define acceptance criteria.
- Partner with Data Engineering and IT to deliver governed datasets with defined data quality SLAs.
- Lead cross-functional delivery of platform releases, upgrades, and integrations.
- Own integration patterns between marketing platforms and enterprise systems.
- Embed privacy-by-design and security controls into workflows.
- Lead and develop the marketing technology and platforms team.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with marketing automation, CRM, CDP, CMS/DAM, and analytics platforms
- Strong data fluency including identity resolution, segmentation, and activation
- Proven product ownership and program leadership experience
- Strong executive communication and influencing skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 15+ years of experience in relevant roles, including 5+ years leading platform teams.
