About the role

  • Independently design and conduct experiments using A/B testing and related methodologies
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify drivers of customer behavior and performance
  • Independently analyzes Empower data to identify and summarize customer behavior patterns and sentiment trends
  • Apply advanced statistical techniques to test hypotheses and measure impact
  • Develop analytical requirements for segmentation, prioritization, and targeting approaches
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations
  • Communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support business objectives
  • Contribute to improvements in experimentation practices and tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Master’s preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience in analytics, experimentation, or optimization
  • Strong proficiency in statistical software and programming languages
  • Experience supporting business decisions with data-driven insights
  • Ability to work independently on moderately complex problems
  • Working understanding of the Empower business model, product and service offerings, and customer and prospect needs, and the ability to apply this understanding to support role responsibilities
