About the role
- Independently design and conduct experiments using A/B testing and related methodologies
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify drivers of customer behavior and performance
- Independently analyzes Empower data to identify and summarize customer behavior patterns and sentiment trends
- Apply advanced statistical techniques to test hypotheses and measure impact
- Develop analytical requirements for segmentation, prioritization, and targeting approaches
- Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations
- Communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support business objectives
- Contribute to improvements in experimentation practices and tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Master’s preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in analytics, experimentation, or optimization
- Strong proficiency in statistical software and programming languages
- Experience supporting business decisions with data-driven insights
- Ability to work independently on moderately complex problems
- Working understanding of the Empower business model, product and service offerings, and customer and prospect needs, and the ability to apply this understanding to support role responsibilities
