About the role
- Responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls to individuals who are considered warm leads
- Generate interest and schedule qualified appointments that lead to a sale
- Help troubleshoot issues that users may have with the financial dashboard and relay to the technical support team
- Interact with prospective clients via phone, chat, and email
- Properly record interactions within customer relationship management software
- Gather contact information, questions and concerns and other screening information for the appointment
- Ensure high completion rate for appointments
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate’s degree is preferred, but not required
- Ability to interpret customer needs and match those with a related product or service
- Proven abilities to maintain appropriate policies & procedures for regulatory-driven requirements
- Excellent operational, organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage and process complex operational work
- FINRA fingerprinting required
- Previous financial experience and/or investment product and services knowledge preferred
- Proven investment advisory sales skills including proactive outbound calling efforts preferred
- Sales experience a plus
- Exceptional verbal, written and listening communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented, and collaborative
