Key responsibilities & impact

Onboard, train and manage a large group of paid Community Mobilizers (CMs)
Conduct many relational calls to action and social media outreach
Hold large-scale trainings and ensure timely reporting
Create a positive and safe work environment
Maximize program referrals for recruitment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong time management skills
Experience in community organizing, advocacy, or campaign management
Existing relationships in key states are a plus
Fluency in a second language, including Spanish, is a plus.
