About the role
- Supervise and delegate responsibilities to organizing team
- Hire and evaluate RODs and COs with Empower Project
- Lead a team of RODs and COs, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
- Ensure all data is entered in a timely fashion, meeting campaign-wide standards
- Direct organizing staff during large-scale trainings, managing technology, presentation and team coordination
- Maintain a regular 1:1 meeting schedule with direct reports and lead weekly organizing team meetings after onboarding waves
- Review and contribute to published materials to communicate program requirements
- Collect feedback on training materials from RODs, COs and CMs to improve materials
- Monitor CM recruitment trends and share best practices with leadership
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Management experience required
- Ability to supervise and delegate to organizing team
- Experience evaluating and hiring RODs and COs
- Ability to manage data entry and meet campaign-wide standards
- Willingness to work remote Sunday-Thursday 11:00am - 7:30pm Eastern; six days per week with Saturdays off; Fridays shortened; plus full week before the election
- Fluent in Spanish or existing relationships in key states preferred
