About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver high-impact 1:1 and group coaching sessions focused on marriage dynamics, emotional regulation, communication, trust repair, and personal accountability
Guide clients through emotionally charged situations with clarity, structure, and proven frameworks
Help clients move from crisis and confusion to stability, leadership, and long-term behavioral change
Track client progress across emotionally complex journeys, identifying risks, resistance patterns, and breakthrough moments
Proactively intervene when clients struggle with consistency, emotional setbacks, or decision paralysis
Contribute insights to continuously improve coaching frameworks and client outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven background coaching individuals or couples through marriage conflict, emotional disconnection, trust breakdown, separation, or reconciliation
Comfortable working with clients in high emotional distress — balancing empathy with firmness, challenging avoidance patterns, and maintaining authority in difficult conversations
Strong verbal skills - able to explain complex emotional dynamics in a grounded, practical way
Confident facilitating group discussions on sensitive topics
Organised, reliable, and comfortable operating within a structured program
Direct experience in relationship, marriage, or couples coaching is required. Relevant certifications or qualifications - such as ICF, Gottman Method, EFT, IFS, SYMBIS, PAIRS, PREP, BCC, or LMFT/LPC/LCSW - will be a strong plus.
