About the role

  • Partner with franchise owners to develop localized sales growth strategies that align with Bumble Roofing’s national vision.
  • Drive accountability and consistency across franchise markets through KPI tracking, performance reviews, and strategic coaching.
  • Support franchisees in recruiting, onboarding, and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Conduct regional sales summits, one-on-one coaching calls, and field visits to ensure top-tier execution.
  • Design and deliver scalable sales training programs that teach the 'Bumble Way', from lead generation to close.
  • Develop digital and in-person training materials, including sales playbooks, video modules, and scripts.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Operations to ensure sales teams have the tools and collateral needed to maximize conversion rates.
  • Reinforce consultative, value-based selling with a customer-first mindset.
  • Standardize sales processes, pricing structures, and customer journey touchpoints across all locations.
  • Partner closely with Operations to ensure clean handoffs between sales and production.
  • Leverage CRM data and analytics to identify performance gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with corporate leadership to align training, sales, and marketing initiatives under one cohesive growth strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in home services, franchising, or construction industries
  • Proven success in coaching and managing high-performing sales teams across multiple locations
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead management, and CRM utilization
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvement plans
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Must be comfortable leading group trainings, calls, and workshops.
  • Operational understanding of how sales impacts production, scheduling, and profitability
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% nationally to visit franchise markets and support in-field training.
