About the role
- Design, deploy, and maintain virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) solutions
- Monitor the performance of the VDI environment and recommend solutions
- Develop and implement policies for security and reliability of the VDI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their VDI requirements
- Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials
- Stay updated on advancements in the VDI field
Requirements
- 4 - 9 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- ITILv4 Foundation Training and ITILv4 Foundation Certification
- Proven ability to work independently in a full and/or partial remote environment
- Must possess a public trust clearance or have the ability to obtain one
- Experience with Citrix environments (XenApp, XenDesktop)
- Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) solutions
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and ServiceNow (desired)
