About the role

  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues escalated from the support team
  • Maintain and improve existing systems for stability, reliability, and performance
  • Analyze root causes of incidents and implement long-term fixes
  • Work across backend (Java) and frontend (React) components
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to address bugs
  • Review logs, metrics, and system behavior for potential problems
  • Handle advanced technical issues escalated beyond standard support
  • Continuously improve monitoring, alerting, and operational processes
  • Document known issues, solutions, and troubleshooting processes
  • Share knowledge with internal teams for improved support efficiency

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering
  • Comfortable with Java and familiar with frameworks like Spring Boot or Micronaut
  • Working knowledge of React or other frontend technologies
  • Effective communication in Polish and English (minimum B2 level)
  • Self-starter taking ownership of technical challenges
  • Experience with Cloud Integration (GCP) is a bonus
  • Care about Security with OWASP standards is a plus
