About the role
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues escalated from the support team
- Maintain and improve existing systems for stability, reliability, and performance
- Analyze root causes of incidents and implement long-term fixes
- Work across backend (Java) and frontend (React) components
- Collaborate with engineering teams to address bugs
- Review logs, metrics, and system behavior for potential problems
- Handle advanced technical issues escalated beyond standard support
- Continuously improve monitoring, alerting, and operational processes
- Document known issues, solutions, and troubleshooting processes
- Share knowledge with internal teams for improved support efficiency
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering
- Comfortable with Java and familiar with frameworks like Spring Boot or Micronaut
- Working knowledge of React or other frontend technologies
- Effective communication in Polish and English (minimum B2 level)
- Self-starter taking ownership of technical challenges
- Experience with Cloud Integration (GCP) is a bonus
- Care about Security with OWASP standards is a plus
