About the role
- Owning & Building the Region by leading the strategy and growth of the EMEA North market
- Defining and executing the regional go-to-market approach
- Identifying target industries, accounts, and growth opportunities
- Acting as the primary commercial point of contact in the region
- Owning the full sales cycle end-to-end — from prospecting to closing
- Engaging with both mid-market and enterprise customers
- Navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Cultivating a robust pipeline through strategic outreach
- Collaborating with partners on co-selling opportunities
- Running discovery sessions to understand customer needs and position Emporix across digital commerce
- Maintaining accurate CRM data and pipeline visibility
Requirements
- Proven track record in SaaS sales
- Experience within digital commerce, PIM, order management, or similar ecosystems
- Experienced in navigating both mid-market and enterprise landscapes
- Ability to identify high-potential opportunities and foster long-term customer success
- Impact-oriented, proactive, and thoughtful approach to solving complex challenges
- Structured and disciplined in approach to building sales engine
- Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)
- Energetic and willing to travel within the region
