About the role

  • Owning & Building the Region by leading the strategy and growth of the EMEA North market
  • Defining and executing the regional go-to-market approach
  • Identifying target industries, accounts, and growth opportunities
  • Acting as the primary commercial point of contact in the region
  • Owning the full sales cycle end-to-end — from prospecting to closing
  • Engaging with both mid-market and enterprise customers
  • Navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders

  • Running discovery sessions to understand customer needs and position Emporix across digital commerce

Requirements

  • Proven track record in SaaS sales
  • Experience within digital commerce, PIM, order management, or similar ecosystems
  • Experienced in navigating both mid-market and enterprise landscapes
  • Ability to identify high-potential opportunities and foster long-term customer success
  • Impact-oriented, proactive, and thoughtful approach to solving complex challenges
  • Structured and disciplined in approach to building sales engine
  • Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)
  • Energetic and willing to travel within the region
