About the role
- Conduct consultative sales calls with qualified prospects
- Generate new leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and event sponsorships
- Build and nurture your own pipeline alongside company-provided opportunities
- Develop trusted relationships with small business owners and decision-makers
- Utilize CRM and internal tools (training provided, including Monday.com)
- Participate in mandatory weekly team sales meetings (Mondays & Thursdays)
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of sales experience
- Strong consultative selling skills
- Ability to build trust quickly and develop opportunities
- Experience working with small businesses
- Strong communication and relationship-building ability
- Basic computer proficiency (email, Google Workspace)
- Comfortable using CRM systems (training provided)
- Self-directed and disciplined in a remote environment
- Devote 15–20 focused hours per week
