About the role

  • Conduct consultative sales calls with qualified prospects
  • Generate new leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and event sponsorships
  • Build and nurture your own pipeline alongside company-provided opportunities

  • Utilize CRM and internal tools (training provided, including Monday.com)
  • Participate in mandatory weekly team sales meetings (Mondays & Thursdays)

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of sales experience
  • Strong consultative selling skills
  • Ability to build trust quickly and develop opportunities
  • Experience working with small businesses
  • Strong communication and relationship-building ability
  • Basic computer proficiency (email, Google Workspace)
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (training provided)
  • Self-directed and disciplined in a remote environment
  • Devote 15–20 focused hours per week
