About the role

  • You will be the bridge between SMBs and their global expansion goals.
  • Consult with C-level and HR executives on how to hire, onboard, and pay talent anywhere in the world without the need for local entities.
  • Managing the full sales cycle from initial discovery to close.
  • Generating your own pipeline from outbound prospecting for new global growth opportunities while leveraging the existing Employment Hero network.
  • Conducting high-impact demos of the Employment Hero platform, specifically showcasing our HeroForce and EOR functionality.
  • Partnering with SMB owners to help them scale their headcounts across borders instantly and compliantly.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in EOR/Global Payroll sales OR 360 Recruitment/Executive Search.
  • You understand the pain points of hiring and the value of a "placement."
  • A proven track record of exceeding quotas and the ability to self-source leads through strategic networking and social selling.
  • The ability to explain complex compliance and financial concepts to Founders and HR Directors in a simple, compelling way.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment where the product and market evolve rapidly.
