About the role

  • Work closely with the UK VP of Marketing and Global Brand leadership, owning the UK brand strategy
  • Lead a multi-discipline team to elevate Employment Hero’s brand presence in the UK
  • Shape the brand story and drive awareness
  • Deliver bold campaigns, championing Employment Hero’s mission to simplify work for SMBs
  • Partner with global brand teams and external media agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns
  • Own the UK organic social strategy, brand partnerships, and major events to foster a thriving EH community
  • Act as a builder: scrappy, resourceful, and hands-on with content creation, design direction, and campaign delivery
  • Oversee production of compelling assets such as videos, case studies, sales enablement content, webinars, and in-person events
  • Use data and insights to inform campaign decisions, track ROI, and report results to key stakeholders
  • Lead and develop a small but mighty team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and ownership

Requirements

  • 9+ years of brand-building experience, including paid brand media management across agency, client-side, and/or scale-up environments
  • 5+ years leading high-performing brand, creative, or events teams in a high-growth business
  • A track record of building challenger brands, bringing creativity, fresh thinking, and bold campaign ideas
  • Hands-on leadership experience across digital, content, events, and brand media channels
  • Direct experience managing external brand partners and agencies to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital and social strategy (organic and paid), with a focus on measurable results
  • Analytical mindset with confidence in tracking funnel metrics, ROI, and performance reporting
  • Experience with marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo, and Braze
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting UK SMBs through meaningful brand initiatives
  • Experience in SaaS or technology marketing across B2B and B2C audiences is a bonus
