About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a system administrator for Salesforce Health Cloud environment
  • Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings
  • Configure and maintain Health Cloud objects including Care Plans, Patient Lists, and Care Team assignments
  • Perform regular system audits, data backups, and health checks
  • Manage sandbox environments and support release management processes
  • Ensure the platform adheres to HIPAA, HITECH, and organizational compliance standards
  • Collaborate with developers on complex requirements requiring Apex or LWC

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent level of work experience
  • Extensive, hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Hands-on experience with Data Cloud
  • Hands-on expertise in advanced automation and process design (Flows & Apex)
  • Hands-on, production level experience using GitHub Actions for change management and Salesforce deployments
  • Ability to create clear, effective documentation of business processes
  • Strong governance mindset with deep knowledge of data modeling and integrations.
  • Strongly Preferred Experience & Qualifications: MuleSoft, Health Cloud Accreditation, experience in healthcare or regulated industries, exposure to Marketing Cloud, Five9 (IVR), or integrated ecosystems.
