About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement plans, wellness programs, and leave policies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and vendors regarding benefits questions, enrollments, and issue resolution.
- Act as point of contact for employee leaves.
- Conduct regular compensation analyses, including market benchmarking, internal pay equity reviews, and salary and job structure maintenance.
- Support annual compensation and bonus cycles, including data preparation, calculations, and communications.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws related to compensation and benefits.
- Collaborate with People, Finance, and Payroll teams to ensure seamless execution of rewards programs.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of total rewards programs to support company goals.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to monitor total rewards metrics and provide insights to leadership.
- Perform other People Team responsibilities as necessary.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CEBS, CCP) a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in benefits administration and compensation analysis, preferably in a mid-sized and fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance, compensation practices, and benefits regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex topics clearly to employees at all levels.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
