About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide end-to-end ownership of client implementations
Implement clients, new file implementations, client renewals
Support ongoing operations and drive implementations to completion
Facilitate client, vendor, and internal implementation calls
Develop successful project plans for implementation
Track tasks and dependencies, ensuring communication and updates to stakeholders
Update stakeholders on progress, risks, and critical milestones
Refine and update SOP’s and resources for consistency in delivery
Develop trackable metrics to measure successful launches
Act as primary point of contact for operational projects and client customization needs
Manage all client launch deliverables, timelines, and QA of deliverables
Coordinate with internal groups and gather requirements from each department

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
3+ years relevant experience
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple departments and manage the needs of various key stakeholders
Proven working experience in project management and/or implementation
Experience in processes and task management
Ability to perform successfully in a high-pressure, fast-paced working environment
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency or experience with project management tools (ex. Microsoft Project, Jira, Monday.com, Salesforce, etc.)
