About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary internal and external point of contact for eligibility, data triage, and integration setup.
Lead end‑to‑end project management for new file implementations, renewals, and integration enhancements.
Gather, document, and validate all integration requirements, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
Create and maintain process flows, technical documentation, and integration guides.
Track timelines, deliverables, and milestones; provide proactive status updates to clients, brokers/consultants, and internal teams.
Develop and maintain accurate documentation for electronic file specifications, reporting requirements, and operational processes.
Establish and track key performance metrics to measure integration health and operational efficiency.
Oversee data validation, quality checks, and change management activities related to eligibility and reporting setup.
Communicate clearly and concisely in both verbal and written formats, ensuring stakeholders understand requirements, timelines, and next steps.
Support Client Success and Implementation teams by providing integration expertise during onboarding, renewals, and escalations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required.
2+ years of experience in project management, data integrations, technical onboarding, or related fields.
Experience with data reporting, file management, or eligibility/EDI processes strongly preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience with Azure is highly desirable
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, Salesforce) preferred.
