About the role
- Partner closely with Marketing leadership team to translate strategy into clear operational plans, goals, and execution rhythms
- Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs that monitor Marketing team’s performance and provide actionable insights
- Identify operational bottlenecks across the Marketing workflows and design + implement solutions to improve them
- Collect and translate business requirements for Salesforce and Marketing tools to improve reporting, attribution, and operational workflows
- Establish and run the rhythm of business for Marketing teams, including forecasting, weekly performance reviews, and cross-functional reporting
- Project-manage Marketing cross-functional processes that enable more effective collaboration among GTM teams (e.g. Sales, CS, etc.)
- Support executive, Commercial, and board-level reporting with insights that connect marketing activity to revenue, case creation, and member activation
- Support Marketing leadership with annual planning (e.g., budget, org design, OKRs, etc.)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in Business or Marketing Operations at a high-growth company or in consulting / banking
- Experience driving cross-functional initiatives with executive stakeholders
- Excellent Salesforce.com, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Self-directed and high attention to detail
- Take ownership: you operate autonomously vs. waiting for direction
- Excel at building connections, enjoy working collaboratively
- Quantitative mindset; can establish KPIs and OKRs that underpin success and team effectiveness
- Bonus: experience working in healthcare point solutions, healthcare or working within a Marketing organization
