About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Project manage and execute integrated demand generation programs across Employ’s portfolio
- Manage cross-functional campaigns from kickoff through launch and post-campaign follow-up
- Coordinate deliverables across Product Marketing, Content, Brand, Paid Media, Lifecycle, Web, Marketing Operations, and Sales
- Plan and execute Employ-hosted and partner virtual events and webinars
- Coordinate event topics, speakers, promotion, platforms, production logistics, registration, attendee communications, run-of-show, and post-event nurture
- Execute partner and co-marketing programs, including campaign plans, timelines, approvals, content, events, lead sharing, and follow-up
- Build project plans, briefs, calendars, status updates, and launch checklists
- Surface risks, dependencies, and decisions to keep programs on track
- Partner with Sales and RevOps on target audiences, enablement, campaign communications, and lead follow-up
- Track registration, engagement, lead, pipeline, and conversion performance
- Synthesize results into recommendations to optimize future programs
- Support in-person events, ABM programs, product launches, and other demand generation initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in demand generation, integrated marketing, field or event marketing, partner marketing, or a related role within B2B SaaS or technology
- Experience coordinating integrated campaigns across multiple channels, contributors, deadlines, and dependencies
- Hands-on experience planning and running webinars or virtual events from promotion through production and follow-up
- Strong project management skills in fast-moving, cross-functional work
- Clear, proactive communication and productive relationships across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and external partners
- Working knowledge of funnel metrics and ability to connect campaign activity to lead, pipeline, and revenue outcomes
- High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
- Resourceful, collaborative mindset and willingness to execute hands-on
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM, webinar, and project management platforms
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Marketo is a plus
- Experience in HR technology, recruiting technology, or adjacent B2B SaaS is helpful but not required
