Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Build pipeline through outbound activity, strategic outreach, and follow-up.
  • Run discovery calls that uncover business pain points and hiring challenges.
  • Deliver engaging, consultative product demos that showcase the value of Employ’s solutions.
  • Create urgency, manage multiple opportunities, and drive deals forward with speed and precision.
  • Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
  • Maintain a disciplined, high-activity approach to pipeline generation and opportunity management.
  • Leverage sales tools, enablement resources, and CRM workflows to maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with teammates and leadership to continuously improve processes, messaging, and execution.
  • Bring energy, positivity, and a winning mindset to the team every day.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of proven sales success, owning and executing the full sales cycle end to end, ideally in SaaS or other high-velocity environments.
  • Software demonstration preferred.
  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Confidence engaging with business decision-makers.
  • HCM, HR tech, or recruiting software experience is a plus.
  • Formal sales training is a plus.
