About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Build pipeline through outbound activity, strategic outreach, and follow-up.
- Run discovery calls that uncover business pain points and hiring challenges.
- Deliver engaging, consultative product demos that showcase the value of Employ’s solutions.
- Create urgency, manage multiple opportunities, and drive deals forward with speed and precision.
- Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Maintain a disciplined, high-activity approach to pipeline generation and opportunity management.
- Leverage sales tools, enablement resources, and CRM workflows to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with teammates and leadership to continuously improve processes, messaging, and execution.
- Bring energy, positivity, and a winning mindset to the team every day.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of proven sales success, owning and executing the full sales cycle end to end, ideally in SaaS or other high-velocity environments.
- Software demonstration preferred.
- Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence engaging with business decision-makers.
- HCM, HR tech, or recruiting software experience is a plus.
- Formal sales training is a plus.
