About the role
- Define and evolve differentiated product positioning and messaging across segments and use cases.
- Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for new products, features, and solutions in close partnership with Product, Sales, and Growth Marketing.
- Scale customer marketing and advocacy programs, including case studies, reference programs, user communities, and NPS-driven initiatives.
- Oversee high-impact sales and customer enablement assets such as pitch decks, playbooks, product videos, and customer stories.
- Partner with Growth and Customer Success to design lifecycle programs that drive adoption, expansion, and customer lifetime value.
- Establish metrics and dashboards to measure product adoption, retention, expansion, and campaign ROI, using insights to continuously refine strategy.
Requirements
- A customer-first mindset grounded in deep empathy, curiosity, and a commitment to delivering real, measurable value.
- 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, or GTM roles, including 5+ years leading and developing teams.
- Proven success driving product adoption, retention, and advocacy across B2B segments from SMB through Enterprise.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex products into clear, compelling narratives.
- Strong analytical orientation with experience using tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, and BI platforms to inform decisions and optimize performance.
- A collaborative, execution-oriented leadership style that thrives in high-velocity environments and drives alignment across teams.
