Build a high-performing, commercially focused HRBP model aligned to business outcomes.
Represent business needs in shaping global HR programs and priorities.
Lead organizational design, restructuring, and effectiveness initiatives.
Shape and sustain a high-performance, diverse, and inclusive culture aligned with enterprise values.
Leverage data and analytics to inform workforce planning and strategic decision-making.
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local employment laws and corporate standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of senior HR experience of which a significant period in a global, matrixed environment
Strong commercial acumen and ability to link people strategy to business performance
Proven ability to influence and lead across complex stakeholder groups
Deep expertise across talent management, workforce planning, and organizational design
Experience leading distributed, international HR teams
Strong data and analytical capability with ability to translate insight into action
Track record of delivering results in fast-paced, complex organizations
Graduate or postgraduate qualifications in a business or HR discipline
Ability to travel up to 30% domestic US and occasional international
