Key responsibilities & impact
  • Operate in a complex, global, matrixed environment shaping and executing the people strategy across multiple geographies.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness, build leadership capability, and ensure strong operational execution of core HR processes to enable sustainable business growth.

  • Lead organizational design, restructuring, and effectiveness initiatives.
  • Shape and sustain a high-performance, diverse, and inclusive culture aligned with enterprise values.
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform workforce planning and strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local employment laws and corporate standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 15+ years of senior HR experience of which a significant period in a global, matrixed environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to link people strategy to business performance
  • Proven ability to influence and lead across complex stakeholder groups
  • Deep expertise across talent management, workforce planning, and organizational design
  • Experience leading distributed, international HR teams
  • Strong data and analytical capability with ability to translate insight into action
  • Track record of delivering results in fast-paced, complex organizations
  • Graduate or postgraduate qualifications in a business or HR discipline
  • Ability to travel up to 30% domestic US and occasional international
