About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, plan, monitor, and execute cross-functional internal projects from initiation through completion.
Serve as a project expert across ABS, providing guidance and best practices to teams with varying PM maturity.
Build, refine, and implement project management toolkits, standards, and methodologies for the PM CoE.
Lead projects involving transformational work across commercial operations, supply chain, and continuous improvement.
Monitor project performance, manage risks, and recommend schedule, resource, and cost adjustments.
Report progress, resolve issues, and build strong working relationships across global teams.
Manage up to five concurrent projects at a time.
Explain difficult or sensitive information and create alignment among diverse stakeholders.
Act as a resource and mentor to colleagues with less project experience.
Champion and support change management efforts across the business.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Progressive experience in project management (formal PM background not required)
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across commercial, supply chain, or related areas
Experience influencing stakeholders—especially in situations where initial alignment was low
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes in ambiguous environments
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Authorized to work in the country of residence without sponsorship (as applicable).
