About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct independent, evidence-based file reviews.
  • Review medical records, audiology evaluations, and related documentation in alignment with clinical guidelines.
  • Provide objective, high-quality reports within turnaround timelines.
  • Maintain compliance with URAC, HIPAA, and internal quality standards.
  • Collaborate with our quality and operations teams as needed to ensure timely case completion.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current, unrestricted Audiology license in at least one U.S. state.
  • Au.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in Audiology.
  • Active clinical practice experience preferred.
  • Experience in peer review, utilization review, disability review, workers compensation, or independent medical evaluations is preferred but not required.
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to document findings clearly and concisely.
  • Comfortable working independently and using online review platforms.
