About the role
- - Design, deliver, and evaluate training on neurological conditions and patient monitoring for healthcare professionals and clinical partners globally
- - Provide onboarding and ongoing education for staff involved in Parkinson’s care and patient monitoring
- - Lead education that supports the effective use of Empatica’s wearable technology and digital biomarkers
- - Ensure consistent, high-quality training as Empatica expands its neurology capabilities following the PKG Health acquisition
- - Serve as a primary point of contact and subject matter resource for education and best practices in neurological monitoring
- - Collaborate with clinicians, other healthcare professionals, and external partners across hospitals and other healthcare institutions
- - Ultimately, improve patient outcomes by strengthening staff expertise in Parkinson’s care and research
Requirements
- - At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, at Empatica we focus less on years of experience and more on talent
- - Medical or clinical background (specialization in neurology is preferred)
- - Strong knowledge and experience working in Parkinson’s disease care, neurology, or movement disorders
- - Demonstrated experience in education, training, or professional development within a healthcare or research setting is a plus
- - A passion for technology and innovation

- - Solid technical and practical expertise in leading complex operational and strategic projects
