About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of healthcare roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Build strong pipelines of qualified healthcare professionals through creative sourcing methods, including social media, networking, and community outreach.
Coordinate and participate in career fairs, hiring events, and other recruitment initiatives throughout Florida.
Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to drive a consistent and efficient hiring process.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure goals are met.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in healthcare (hospice, home health, skilled nursing, or hospital recruiting preferred).
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred).
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly collaborative with a virtual team.
Must reside in Florida and be able to travel occasionally for recruiting events.
