Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support sourcing efforts by identifying and engaging candidates through various channels
- Assist with recruitment operations, including job postings, hiring events, referral program administration, and general process support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Talent Acquisition team to assist newly hired physicians through the onboarding process
- Act as the central liaison between Talent Acquisition and key onboarding partners
- Track onboarding progress, proactively follow up with stakeholders, and communicate status updates
- Coordinate intake, tracking, and follow-up for contingent workforce needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma required; some college coursework in Human Resources or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, onboarding, credentialing, or HR operations required
- Healthcare experience strongly preferred, particularly in supporting clinical or multi-site environments
- Experience supporting physician or provider hiring and onboarding strongly preferred
- Previous sourcing experience strongly preferred
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS systems (Workday preferred), and Microsoft Office applications
