About the role
- Provides additional leadership for the school to achieve its strategic goals.
- Ensures that programs meet the highest standards of quality, comply with regulatory and accreditation requirements and fosters an environment where faculty and students can thrive.
- Leads projects using innovation, agility, change management and project management tools and techniques in order to ensure the school's ability to successfully implement a transformation agenda.
- Oversees the operations of the Emory Nursing Learning Center, including simulation facility operations, administration, personnel, financial management, growth, and efficiency.
- Secures, maintains, and extends ENLC accreditation, in collaboration with the Associate Dean and VP of Academic Affairs.
Requirements
- A master's degree and ten years of related program management experience with a minimum of five years of experience in higher education, continuing education OR an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
- An MBA is preferred.
- An understanding of nursing or related healthcare professions required.
