About the role
- Manages pre-award activities for an assigned portfolio of grants and contracts
- Assists departmental faculty/Principal Investigators in preparing and submitting grant and contract proposals
- Ensures applications meet agency and university guidelines
- Assists in the development of budgets and budget justification
- Reviews budgets for consistency and compliance with regulations
- Advises on administrative requirements in proposal submissions
- Coordinates and reviews certain proposal elements for standard compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and three years of work-related grants and contracts experience OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite software
