About the role

  • Lead the strategy, administration, and continuous optimization of enterprise identity governance and access management platforms
  • Ensure secure, automated, and compliant identity lifecycle management across employee and non-employee populations
  • Support operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and scalable access controls
  • Oversee core identity governance platforms, role-based access automation, and access certification programs
  • Provide people leadership and drive adoption of IAM best practices
  • Monitor system performance metrics and implement enhancements to support scalability and regulatory changes
  • Develop dashboards and reporting that provide audit-ready documentation and actionable insights for leadership
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across identity sources, directories, and downstream systems
  • Lead, coach, and develop IAM staff to achieve high levels of performance, engagement, and accountability

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field
  • Seven years of experience in identity management or related field
  • Two years of supervisory/people management experience
  • Demonstrated experience supporting IAM and identity governance platforms
  • Experience with cloud IAM services (e.g., AWS IAM, Azure AD)
