About the role
- Provides administrative and logistical support for projects, initiatives, and programs.
- Works with and maintains data management and filing for projects/program.
- Assists assigned managers and team members by maintaining calendars and drafting correspondence.
- Handles planning and preparations of travel arrangements.
- Prepares and processes financial documents including contracts and expense reports.
- Conducts research for reports and presentations in support of project efforts.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma with five years of administrative experience.
- Proficiency with various personal computer software applications.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
