About the role
- Directs and supervises human resources programs for a university division
- Manages the program for national recruitment of new employees
- Serves as liaison with the University Human Resources Division
- Consults supervisory and management staff on human resources issues
- Assesses training needs and implements a comprehensive program for training and developing staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field
- Seven years of human resources experience encompassing multiple specialties
- Five years of which are in a managerial or supervisory capacity
- Certification as a Senior Human Resources Professional is preferred
