About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver 100% telehealth therapy to children, teens, and young adults ages 4–30
- Conduct clinical intakes, therapy sessions, and treatment planning through a unified digital dashboard
- Manage a caseload fitting the clinician’s lifestyle, with a minimum of 5 hours per week
- Focus on low-acuity cases involving ADHD, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders
- Optionally transition existing private clients to the platform for an improved compensation rate
- Provide high-quality virtual therapy using clinical autonomy and digital resources
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active, independent clinical license in Florida: LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist
- 2+ years of experience specializing in children, adolescents, and family dynamics
- Strong foundation in CBT and evidence-based practices delivered via telehealth
- Comfortable using virtual platforms, interactive digital tools, and AI-assisted documentation software
- Minimum availability of 5 hours per week
- Spanish fluency is a significant plus
- Associates practicing under supervision should apply via the dedicated Intern Application
