About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver 100% telehealth therapy to children, teens, and young adults ages 4–30.
  • Conduct clinical intakes, therapy sessions, and treatment planning via a unified digital dashboard.
  • Manage a caseload fitting your lifestyle, with a minimum of 5 hours per week.
  • Specialize in low-acuity cases involving ADHD, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders.
  • Optionally transition existing private clients to the platform for an improved compensation rate.
  • Provide care using Emora Health’s interactive therapy games, activities, AI scribe, and digital tools.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must hold an active, independent clinical license in Illinois: LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist.
  • 2+ years of experience specializing in children, adolescents, and family dynamics.
  • Strong foundation in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and evidence-based practices delivered via telehealth.
  • Comfortable using virtual platforms, interactive digital tools, and AI-assisted documentation software.
  • Experience providing 1:1 clinical therapy online.
  • Associates practicing under supervision should apply via the dedicated Intern Application.
  • Spanish fluency is a significant plus.
