About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide 100% telehealth therapy to children, teens, young adults, and/or families
Conduct intakes, therapy sessions, and ongoing treatment planning
Collaborate with our Clinical Director as needed for complex or crisis cases
Complete documentation efficiently using built-in AI tools
Customize your clinical preferences so we can match you with clients aligned to your expertise
Manage your caseload so you're seeing as many clients as you want with a cadence that makes sense for them

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active independent license in Minnesota (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Clinical Psychologist, or equivalent)
2+ years experience treating children/teens and their families
Strong foundation in CBT and evidence-based treatment delivered via telehealth
Experience with ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, and related conditions
Enjoys autonomy and working in a supportive virtual environment
Spanish bilingual is a plus
