Develop and execute the product strategy and prioritize the roadmap based on customer needs, market data and strategic impact.
Lead the product development process — from discovery to delivery — ensuring alignment with market requirements, scalability and company objectives.
Conduct regular customer interviews, maintain structured feedback loops and validate hypotheses close to the market.
Define and prioritize the roadmap; responsible for effort estimation with the development team and for meeting deadlines.
Manage the nearshore development team in the company’s subsidiary through clear specifications and realistic planning.
Own time-to-market, processes (Scrum), quality assurance and releases.
Provide ongoing reports on progress and challenges to executive management against defined KPIs.

Requirements

Several years of experience as a Product Manager or Head of Product in a B2B SaaS environment; experience in the real estate sector is an advantage
Experience leading teams
Structured, data-driven thinking and strong communication across all levels
German: business-fluent or native
Advantage: knowledge of the Swiss real estate market or experience with ERP-adjacent SaaS products and an understanding of property marketing/leasing processes and regulatory requirements
Experience in an early-stage or scaling startup environment
Experience managing subsidiaries or external development partners
French (for a multilingual platform)
Croatian (nearshore development team)
