About the role
- Design and build conversion-focused landing pages using platforms such as Unbounce, Webflow, Framer, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with marketing, copywriting, and development teams to translate strategy into effective page design.
- Apply conversion rate optimisation (CRO) principles to layout, hierarchy, and user flow.
- Conduct A/B testing of layouts, calls-to-action, and page elements to improve performance.
- Ensure all designs are responsive, mobile-first, and aligned with brand standards.
- Use performance data and user feedback to inform ongoing improvements.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience designing landing pages with a focus on performance and measurable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices and conversion rate optimisation principles.
- Proficiency in no-code or low-code landing page platforms.
- Ability to interpret briefs, wireframes, or strategic direction and translate them into polished designs.
- Experience working in performance-driven or growth-oriented environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- High level of organisation, accountability, and attention to detail.
