About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own physical product development projects for the Beds portfolio across Europe, APAC and LATAM, from concept through production
Work hands-on in SolidWorks or equivalent 3D modelling tools to design, iterate and validate physical products
Run project management and steering across the full development cycle, keeping timelines and stakeholders aligned
Manage product testing with external testing institutes and act on the results
Work directly with suppliers and manage relationships across the global manufacturing network
Collaborate with Category Management, Strategic Procurement, Quality, Production and Planning
Drive diversification of the Beds category across APAC and LATAM markets

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing/Production or Design Engineering
2+ years of hands-on experience developing physical products, not software product management
Working proficiency in SolidWorks or an equivalent 3D modelling tool
Strong project management and time management skills
Clear, concise communication and ability to collaborate across functions and regions
Drive to learn a new domain from the ground up
Fluent English
Conversational Mandarin is a plus, but not a requirement
