About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own physical product development projects for the Beds portfolio across Europe, APAC and LATAM, from concept through production
- Work hands-on in SolidWorks or equivalent 3D modelling tools to design, iterate and validate physical products
- Run project management and steering across the full development cycle, keeping timelines and stakeholders aligned
- Manage product testing with external testing institutes and act on the results
- Work directly with suppliers and manage relationships across the global manufacturing network
- Collaborate with Category Management, Strategic Procurement, Quality, Production and Planning
- Drive diversification of the Beds category across APAC and LATAM markets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing/Production or Design Engineering
- 2+ years of hands-on experience developing physical products, not software product management
- Working proficiency in SolidWorks or an equivalent 3D modelling tool
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Clear, concise communication and ability to collaborate across functions and regions
- Drive to learn a new domain from the ground up
- Fluent English
- Conversational Mandarin is a plus, but not a requirement
