About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take full ownership of all customs-related processes in our APAC markets.
Ensure that import and export processes run smoothly and are compliant.
Act as a sparring partner for internal teams and external service providers.
Report directly to the Senior Team Lead Customs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience working on Customs topics, ideally in the Logistics or Retail industry.
Experienced in dealing with APAC preferential trade schemes, Global Tariff, and Tax implications.
Deep knowledge of customs regulations across APAC to support Customs audits.
Action-driven and possess the ability to act in a changing environment and are hands-on.
Well organized, can prioritize, and have strong communication skills.
