About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will join the Belgium Team to bring to life our marketing strategy - optimize and localize the best advertisements, deliver high quality projects in a timely manner.
You will identify and structure, together with your team, key challenges and the best action plans to strengthen Emma's brand preference.
You will develop project plans with an agile and results-oriented approach.
You will communicate and manage statuses of project tasks with different teams.
You will be able to work with different marketing channels and assess the impact of your projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You speak fluent English and French or Dutch.
You have collaborative skills and an analytical mindset.
You can adapt to a fast-paced growth environment involving time-sensitive projects.
You are structured and organized.
You have great stakeholder management skills and can deal with multiple projects simultaneously.
You are hands-on and can take complete ownership of your channels
