About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As a Global Operations Intern, you’ll join the team ensuring that Emma’s products move seamlessly across markets, from forecasting and production to warehousing and delivery.
This is a hands-on, analytical, and collaborative role within a fast-paced international environment.
You will contribute to optimizing how we plan, produce, and deliver our products, ensuring that every step of our operations runs efficiently and creates value for our customers.
Depending on your skills and interests, you could work in one of several teams in areas such as Supply and Demand Planning, Production and Excellence, or Logistics and Fulfillment.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, and ideally have experience with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
You are equipped with good communication skills in English.
You are skilled in data analysis, enjoying working with numbers and finding ways to improve them.
You are process-driven, with a passion for optimizing workflows and driving efficiency.
You are an excellent communicator, ready to collaborate with teams across the globe.
You are eager to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
You are available to start in the next two months.
