About the role

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and TV (linear & streaming/CTV).
  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives (ROAS, CR, etc.).
  • Analyze campaign performance using platforms like GA4, attribution tools, and in-house dashboards to inform strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate and align with multiple internal and external stakeholders, giving you the opportunity to demonstrate strong cross-functional collaboration and indirect leadership.
  • Collaborate with global performance and media teams to develop compelling ad creatives, messaging, and budget allocation.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging trends in performance marketing.
  • The scope may evolve as the team grows, offering opportunities to specialize or expand responsibilities.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing, with hands-on ownership of budgets across paid search, social, and TV (linear or streaming/CTV).
  • Fluent in English and ideally fluent in German.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Looker or similar).
  • You are number-driven and have a very good analytical understanding.
  • You have an independent, self-reliant, and structured way of working.
  • You love to take initiative, roll up your sleeves, and drive projects forward independently.
  • You are communicative, self-confident, and comfortable approaching others openly.
  • You constantly strive for personal development.
  • Ideally, you bring previous working experience within the DACH market.
