About the role

  • You will own and drive one of Emma’s most strategic initiatives as an individual contributor, the launch of our first franchise store in H1 2026.
  • You will manage a highly cross-functional project touching almost every part of the business, from Tech and Finance to Legal, Tax, Operations, and Marketing.
  • You will own the end-to-end execution of the franchise store launch, from initial scoping to go-live.
  • You will build and maintain the master project plan, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
  • You will coordinate and lead multiple workstreams without formal authority, relying on influence and clarity.
  • You will translate high-level goals into concrete tasks, deliverables, and next steps.
  • You will act as the single point of coordination across all involved teams.
  • You will identify risks, blockers, and trade-offs early and actively drive resolution.
  • You will prepare decision documents, status updates, and progress reports for leadership.
  • You will track progress, KPIs, and budget-related inputs.
  • You will ensure all processes, documentation, and learnings are captured to enable future franchise launches.
  • You will be hands-on in solving problems, not just escalating them.

Requirements

  • You have experience managing complex, cross-functional projects as an individual contributor.
  • You are highly structured and enjoy bringing clarity to ambiguity.
  • You are strong in stakeholder management and influencing without direct authority.
  • You are comfortable working with Legal, Finance, Tech, and Ops teams, even if you are not an expert in all of them.
  • You are proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
  • You can zoom out to see the big picture while also diving into the details.
  • You communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally.
  • You are fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
