Together with our international team you are responsible for the strategical and tactical set up of our Americas Logistics Network, with partners (warehouses, drop-shipment locations, and carriers)
You manage the strategic development and improvement of the network.
You make successful the flow of goods in our supply chain.
You establish scenarios-based network planning to optimize cost and services.
You are constantly evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of the partnerships, supporting the rest of the team to execute tenders.
You monitor the costs and performance, adapt the network if needed and share improvement areas with our shopfloor excellence teams.
You enable the business team to launch new product and participate to Emma success.
You orchestrate the yearly steering committee of our partners evaluation.
You plan the future location to be closed, to be open or to be invested in.
Requirements
You have a university degree in Business Administration; Supply Chain; Logistics or a related subject.
You have at least 3 yeas of relevant working experience in that area.
You have strong communication skills.
You have a quick grasp and an analytical mindset.
You have an independent and structured way of working.
You think customer and process oriented.
You are a communicative team player and have very good English skills.
